Naivistit Iittalassa -kesänäyttely 2020 loppui. Näyttely oli korona-ajasta huolimatta menestys. Katselijoita riitti ja myynti oli mahtavaa. Ehkä katselijoille oli nyt jäänyt rahaa taskuun peruuntuneista lomamatkoista, suosittiin kotimaan matkailua ja kotona maleksiessa nähtiin ne tyhjät seinät. Iso kiitos kaikille näyttelyssä käyneille, kuraattori Hannu Castrénille, käytännön asioista vastaavalle Ulla Heinoselle ja kaikille infossa kesän päivystäneille! Tästä on hyvä jatkaa ja uskoa tulevaisuuteen: Naivismin talvi -näyttelyä jo suunnitellaan. Vein Iittalaan kolme työtä taidelainaamoon, jonne ne ehkä pääsevät syksyn kuluessa. Viime käynniltä jäi vielä muutama kesän marja kännykkään.*************
Naïve Artists in Iittala summer exhibition 2020 ended. The exhibition was a success despite the corona pandemic. There were a lot of visitors, and a huge amount of works were sold.Perhaps there was some euros left in visitors´ pockets due to cancelled holiday trips, people favored domestic travelling, and when they were staying at home they noticed those empty walls. A big thank you to the curator Hannu Castrén, all around organizer Ulla Heinonen and all the workers at the info! It´s nice to get along from here and have some trust to the future. They are planning already a future exhibition: Naïve Art Winter. I took three works to Iittala for the Art Loan Service, where they might be during the autumn. A few late berries found their way to my cell phone at the last visit.
