LINTUPARVI VOIPAPERILLA / FLOCK OF BIRDS WITH BAKING PAPER

 

Vihreän Pispala-linopiirroksen ylle suunnittelen lintuparvea. Tein voipaperista sapluunan, jolla määrittelen tulevan lintuparven kohdan. Parvi kiertää linopiirroskuuta vasemmalla puolellla. Malliksi asettelin isompia linopiirroksia linnuista, joiden lisäksi parveen tulee vielä joukko pienempiä lintuja. Otin kännykällä kuvan parven ja lintujen paikasta, jotta voin aloittaa pastelliväreillä taivaan puhtaalta paperilta.Vedostan linnut vasta valmiintaivaan päälle.

I plan a flock of birds on top of the green Pispala linocut. I made a stencil from baking paper to define the location of the future flock of birds. The flock circles the linocut moon on the left side. As a model, I placed larger linocuts of birds, in addition to which a group of smaller birds will join the flock. I took a picture of the location of the flock and the birds with my mobile phone so that I could start painting the sky with pastel colors on a clean sheet of paper. I will only print the birds over the finished sky.
