NELJÄ YHTEEN / FOUR TOGETHER

 

Kaikki neljä pientä A5-kokoista Pispala-linopiirrosta pysyivät paikoillaan vedostettaessa. Mutta silti loppuviilausta tarvitaan vielä: puihin lehdet ja oksat sekä linnun, fasaanin ja kissan kupliin väriä. Kuvan koko on 20 x 60 cm, aika oudon kokoinen matala ja leveä. Talojen rytmi vierekkäin silti on minusta hyvä.

All four small A5-sized Pispala linocuts stayed in place when printing. But still, some final finishing is needed: leaves and branches on the trees and color on the bird´s, pheasant's and cat's bubbles. The size of the picture is 20 x 60 cm, a rather strange size, low and wide. I still like the rhythm of the houses next to each other.
