LINTUJA KOKO PARVI / BIRDS IN A FLOCK

 

Sinisen linopiirroskuun ympärille pastellitaivaalle lehahti kokonaisen parvi pieniä ja hiukan suurempiakin linolintoja, 32 nopeasti laskemalla. Tässä vaiheessa voi jo huoata helpotuksesta, jos yksikään lintu ei ole vedostuksessa mennyt pieleen. Parin tikan punaiset päälaet ja rinnukset vielä puuttuvat.

A whole flock of small and a bit bigger lino birds wafted around the bluish linocut moon in the pastel sky, 32 birds quickly counting. At this moment I can already sigh from relief, if not one of the birds have been ruined during printing them. Just some red on the heads and breasts of a couple of woodpeckers are missing.
