Naivistit Iittalassa näyttelyn kuraattori Veikko Halmetoja on tehnyt kesäksi 2022 todella kiinnostavan ripustuksen. 50 naivistin työt ovat hauskasta sekaisin, omia töitä voi löytää eri puolelta näyttelyä. Viisi linopiirrostani ovat yhdessä seinällä, kaunis kokonaisuus vaikka itse sanonkin. Yksi matala ja leveä lino on oven päällä, ja arvailinkin sitä vedostaessani voisiko Veikko vastustaa kiusausta ripustaa se oven päälle - siellä se nyt on. Korka ja kapea lino on ovessa (sopii myös oven tai portaiden viereen). Kolme pientä linoa on varastohuoneesta tehdyssä lepohuoneessa muiden pienten kuvien joukossa. Ja aulashopissa on lisää kehystettyjä ja kehystämättömiä linoja, jotka saa heti mukaan osataessaan samoin kuin linoista tehdyt kortit ja keittiöpyyhkeet.

Curator Veikko Halmetoja has made a really interesting hanging at this summer´s 2022 Naïve Artists in IIttala exhibition. The works of fifty Naïve artists works are funnily tumbled, you can find your own works at different places of the exhibition. Five of my linocuts are together on the wall, a beautiful set if I say it myself. One low and broad lino is over a door frame, and already printing it I imagined if Veikko could prevent the temptation to hang it over a door - and there it is now. One high and narrow lino is hanging on a door (also fit for beside a door or stairs). Three small linos are among other small works in the small rest room made from a storage. And at the lobby shop there are more framed and unframed linos that you can take home straight away when purchasing them, like cards and tea towels made from lino pictures.
