Martin Lemanin (s. 1934) kissamaalaukset ovat ihania. Tässäkin kissat on maalattu aika yksinkertaisesti ja helpon tuntuisesti, tausta on vain muutamasta eri värisestä suorakaiteesta koottu väripinta. Toinen kissa on musta ja toinen keltaraitainen, vastakohdat. Molemmilla on samanlaiset keltaiset silmät ja jääräpäinen tuijotus. Etenkin mustan kissan kuono on hienosti korostettu. Kuvan nimi on Leaf And Bean.

Martin Leman's (b. 1934) cat paintings are lovely. In this picture the cats are painted quite simply and seemingly with ease, the background is a colour surface compiled just a few different coloured rectangles. The other cat is black and the other striped yellow, opposites. They both have similar yellow eyes and a stubborn stare. Especially the black cat's nose is finely highlighted. The name of the  picture is Leaf and Bean.
