Gallerian kaupan yhteydessä on pieni näyttelytila, jossa nyt oli wieniläisen Wolfgang Suschitzkyn (s. 1912) sielukkaita Lontoo-aiheisia valokuvia, sumuisia katuja, Thamesin rantoja ja sodan jälkeisiä raunioita
**********
Saul Leiter's (1923-2013) photography exhibition in The Photographers' Gallery in London is comprehensive and fascinating. He
photographed on the streets apparently thousands of pictures quite randomly, but there are gems in his photos. Leiter revolutionized colour photography with his strong coloured shapes, which were the key elements in pictures. The photo might seem to be black and white, but there is a green traffic light and when you watch it closely there is even a reddish car in the background. The traffic light is not hand coloured. Leiter was also a fashion photographer and he regarded himself also as a painter. He painted on his photos, usually pictures of women, with thick paint and made so a painting from a photo.
In the Print Sales Gallery beside the shop there are Viennese Wolfgang Suschitzky's (b. 1912) suolful London-themed photographs, foggy street, Banks of Thames, and ruins after the Second World War .
