TIKAT / WOODPECKERS

Vedostin linopiirroksia linnuista siniselle pastellitaivaalle. Kolme suurinta lintua ainakin muistuttavat tikkoja, muut vain lentelevät. Lisääkin on varmaan tähän tulossa pieniä lintuja, mutta yritän pitää kuvan ilmavana. Valkoisen auringon keskellä on hentoa punaista.

I printed linocuts of birds on the blue pastel sky. Three largest birds at least remind me of woodpeckers, the other birds are just flying around. Surely there will be more small birds in this picture, but I try to keep the image airy. In the middle of a white sun there is a gentle red centre
