Vedostin laiturilla hölmistyneen näköisenä olevan kissan yläpuolelle toisen linopiirroksen haukasta. Kokeilin ruskeaa väriä niin, että haukan ulkoreunat on siveltimellä töpötelty mustiksi. Ajattelin, että se näin erottuu paremmin taustastaan, joka mielessäni oli aika tumma. Ja tulihan siitä pastellitaivaasta aika tumma, uhkaavia pilviä ja violettia taivaanrannassa. Koko on 50 x 30 cm.

I printed a linocut of a hawk over another linocut of a silly looking cat on a pier. I tested brown colour so that the outer borders of the hawk are buffed black with a brush. I thought that so it will be easier to separate the hawk from a dark sky already in my mind. Well, and the pastel sky came out rather dark, threatening clouds and purple in the horizon. The size is 50 x 30 cm.
