The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy and warm in this painting by Rudi Hurzlmeier "Reading Comics" / "Comics lesen". A big yellow cat leans on its cheek while lying on the bed. A small black cat reaches over the yellow cat's belly to see a comic book that the bigger cat is reading. Perhaps the speech bubbles in the comic are being read aloud to the little cat. There are a couple of paintings on the wall: sailboats and a lemon still life. The yellow light from the night lamp transports the eye to another room around the corner, wondering what's there.
