MONOLINTU / MONO BIRD

 

Kokeilin erilaisten lehtien asettelua gelli-levylle. Ensin olin levittänyt väriä gelli -levylle ja  linnunmallisen sapluunan avulla jättänyt vaalean paikan linopiirrokselle linnusta. Käytin ulkoreunan rajaukseen myös sapluunaa, jonka aukon koko oli 15 x 15 cm. Lehdet näkyvät tässä monoprintissä vaaleina. Taidan jatkaa testausta. Linnun vedostus vielä puuttuu.

I experimented with arranging different leaves on a gelli plate. First, I had spread color on the gelli plate and used a bird-shaped stencil to leave a light spot for the linocut of the bird. I also used a stencil with an opening size of 15 x 15 cm to outline the outer edge. The leaves appear light in this monoprint. I think I will continue testing. The print of the bird is still missing.
