Tabby ikkunalaudalla (Tabby on the Ledge) on nimeltään tämä aika pelottavan näköinen Joan Freestonen maalaus. Tabby on ikkunan ulkopuolella kapealla reunalla, iso ja paksu häntä vain roikkuu reunan yli. Kuvan perspektiivi on tehokas, ikkuna näyttää olevan tosi korkealla. Mutta Tabby ei ole peloissaan. Se kääntyy katsomaan kuin sanoakseen: "Mikä tässä nyt on, katselen vain hiukan maisemia!".

This rather frightening looking painting by Joan Freestone is called Tabby on the Ledge. Tabby is sitting outside a window on a narrow ledge, just a big and fluffy tail is hanging over the ledge. The perspective in the picture is effective, the window seems to be really high. But Tabby is not afraid. She turns over as if to say: "What´s the fuss, I'm just looking a bit of the view!"
