Terry DeRoy Gruberin (s. 1953) valokuva "Butch" on hänen kirjastaan "Working Cats / Kissat työssä" vuodelta 1979. Kissan omistaja määrittelee Butchia näin: "Meillä on sopimus. Hän pysyy poissa minun pöydältäni ja minä pysyn poissa hänen hännältään". Kyse taitaa olla pöytien ja kaappien perusteella lihakaupasta, lattialla on sahanpurua ja pöydällä on ehkä kasa makkaroita. Butch on aika tuiman näköinen kissa, mutta varmaan saanut osansa kaupan tuotteista. Kissan turkki kiiltää ja samoin silmät.

Terry DeRoy Gruber's (b. 1953) photograph "Butch" is from his book "Working Cats" from 1979. The owner of the cat defines Butch like this: "We got a deal. He stays off my table and I stay off his tail". Based on tables and cabinets and sawdust on the floor this might be a butcher´s shop, and there might be a stack of sausages on the table. Butch is looking quite fierce for a cat, but he has perhaps got his share of the butcher´s goods. Cat´s fur is shining and so are his eyes.
