E. Boxin maalauksen nimi on suomennettuna jotenkin näin: " Yhteiselon puu" (Co-existence Tree). Tässä puussa kaikki voivat elää rauhallisesti yhdessä. Linnut ja kissat piiloutuvat vihreään lehvästöön, eikä mitään takaa-ajoa tai saalistusta ole edes aistittavissa. Puun juurellakin mustavalkoinen kissa ja pari lintua viihtyvät yhdessä hyvin. Ehkä kuvassa on jonkinlainen allegoria paratiisista.

A painting by E. Box is called "Co-existence Tree". In this tree all creatures can live peacefully together. Cats and birds are hiding among the green leaves, and you can not even sense any chasing or predation. Also under the tree a black and white cat and a couple of birds are minding their own business together. Perhaps the picture is some kind of an allegory of the paradise.
