HOPEINEN KUU PISPALAN YLLÄ / SILVERY MOON OVER PISPALA

Hopeinen kuu Pispalan yllä on lisäys sarjaan näitä taivaita ja pilviä. Kuvan alaosa on linopiirros, samoin ukonkorento ja kuu. Mutta taivas on pastellipiirros, nyt tummana puna- ja sinisävyisenä, keltaista taivaanrannassa. Kuu on vedostettu hopeavärillä. Ukonkorento on väritetty aika kirkkaaksi tussilla ja pastellikynillä. Tämä on aika iso työ (50 x 30 cm), joka nyt on Art Pispalan naivistinäyttelyssä sieltä myydyn vastaavan työn (Täysikuu Pisplan yllä)  tilalla.

Silvery Moon Over Pispala is an addition to my series of sky & clouds. The bottom part of the picture is a linocut, as are the moon and the dragonfly. But the sky is a pastel drawing, now quite dark blue and red and yellow. The moon was printed with silver colour. The dragonfly was coloured bright with ink and pastel pens. This is quite big picture (50 x 30 cm) and now at the Art Pispala´s Naïve art exhibition on the place of a similar work (Full Moon over Pispala) which was sold.
