Tein yhden 30 x 20 cm kokoisen linopiirroksen, joka oli täynnä Pispalan taloja. Yleensä kaiverran linopiirroksiini reunat, mutta tätä kokeilin ilman reunoja. Sainkin sitten idean tehdä toisen samantapaisen Pispala-talolinon, jonka voisi vedostaa yksinäänkin, mutta jonka voisi yhdistää aiemmin tehtyyn ja näin saada isomman 30 x 40 cm kokoisen kuvan. Oikeastaan tälle tilkkutyölle ei näy rajoja ollenkaan.

I made one 30 x 20 cm sized linocut, which was full of Pispala houses. Usually I carve borders in my linocuts, but I experimented without borders with this one. And then I had an idea to make another similar lino of Pispala houses, which you could print alone, but you could also combine it with the earlier and this way get a bigger 30 x 40 cm picture. Actually there is no borders at all for this patchwork.
