Heli Pukin kissakortti "Täältä tullaan elämä" pitäisi nähdä alkuperäisenä vesivärimaalauksen, sillä kortin painatuksessa osa sen viehätyksestä häviää, vaikka sinisen ja violetin utuiset sävyt säilyvätkin. Kuvassa kirjan sivuina on pala vanhan kirjan sivua, ja kirjan alla on pieni lehdestä leikattu leikattu teksti: "laajakulmalinssit maailmaan". Ilmapallona tai leijana toimivan kirjan naruna on kiiltävä hopealanka. Alkuperäinen työ on siis kollaasi. Kissan veikeä ilme silmälaseineen muistuttaa sarjakuvista tuttua Felix-kissaa. Heli Pukki on tuottelias kuvittaja, runokirjojen tekijä ja oman Ideri-myymälän ylläpitäjä.

Heli Pukki´s cat card "Here We Come, Life" should be seen as an original water colour painting, because printing the card loses part of the charm, even though the hazy blue and purple hues remain. In the picture the pages of the book are pieces of old book pages, and under the book is a small piece of text of a newspaper: "wide-angle lenses to the world". Under the book functioning as a balloon or kite there is silver thread as rope. The original work is a collage. The cheerful expression of the cat with the spectacles reminds me of Felix The Cat from comic cartoons. Heli Pukki is a productive illustrator, maker of poetry books, and administrator of her own shop Ideri.
I have collected quite a large number of cat cards over decades. Museum shops are treasure-troves for a cat card collector. Several of my cat cads are art cards.
