Kissakortti: 150 / Cat Card: 150

Kissa on ehkä paennut aidantolpan päälle punahousuista rasavilliä. Vai yrittääkö poika auttaa alas aidalle hypännyttä kissaa. Löysin tämän kortin tallinnalaisesta kirjakaupasta, enkä tunnista kuvan alareunassa olevaa tekijän nimeä.

Olen vuosien aikana kerännyt aikamoisen määrän kissakortteja. Museoiden kaupat ovat oikeita aarreaittoja kissakorttien kerääjälle. Useat korteistani ovat taidekortteja.

Perhaps the cat has escaped onto the fence post out of reach of the tomboy in red trousers. Or is the boy trying to help down the cat that has jumped on the fence. I found this card in a book shop in Tallinn, and I don't recognize the name of the maker at the bottom right corner.

I have collected quite a large number of cat cards over decades. Museum shops are treasure-troves for a cat card collector. Several of my cat cads are art cards.
