JOULUKORTTI / CHRISTMAS CARD

Idea: joulukortti, jossa on kissan takana Pispalan mäki. Lunta katoilla ja ylhäällä teksti: JOULU. Tämä pieni linoleikkaus on tarkoitettu vedostettavaksi kaksiosaiselle kortille. Musta väri tuntui aika tummalta, joten kokeilin vedostusta punaisella. Punainen on parempi. Voisi tätä ehkä vielä testailla tummanvihreällä.

The idea: a Christmas card with a cat and on the background Pispala hill in Tampere. Snow on the roofs and on the top the text: CHRISTMAS. This small linocut is intended to be printed on a double sided card. The black colour seemed to be quite dark, so I printed the card in red. The red one is better. I might yet to try printing with dark green.
