Tein ensin reunuksen linopiirrokseen, ja nyt syntyi tähän ornamentaaliseen, koristeelliseen, vaakunamaiseen kuvaan keskusta: 16 kissaa ja yksi pallo keskelle. Vaikka jokaista erilaista kissakuviota onkin neljä kappaletta, ne eivät ole ihan samanlaisia, sillä piirsin ne käsin enkä käyttänyt mitään sapluunaa. Kuvan nimi olkoon: Aateluus velvoittaa (Noblesse Oblige), onhan kuvassa kissoille kuuluvia keskeisiä elementtejä: leikkihiiriä, kaloja ja tennispalloja. ************** I made first the border for my linocut, and now emerged also the middle part for this ornamental, decorative, like the coat of arms picture: sixteen cats and one ball in the middle. Even though there are four of all of the different cat figures, they are not similar, because I drew them by hand and didn't use any kind of stencil. Let the name of this lino be: Noblesse Oblige, because there are many of the key elements for the cats in the picture: toy mice, fish and tennis balls. Reunus / Border
